Let me tell you right now. Hands down, one of the best around and my new lunch spot. There's nobody competing with them and this coming from a southern guy born and raised who knows food. I never tasted anything up here so good since I been here. I advise and highly recommend if you want a smile on your face and a full belly, this is the place.
The food was obviously made from scratch, the flavors were amazing. Both the crab cakes, and shrimp chicken and broccoli Alfredo had me drooling before he could even set it down. 10/10 if I was a local. I’d be here all thee time. Gonna be thinking about this for weeks to come. Fantastic hole in the wall type place. Shout out to the chef!!!
Went there today and I am traveling and my seafood mac and Cheese is amazing so is my fish sandwich with fries. Jay was so very friendly and courteous Food was cooked to order Great local business that I am highly recommending. Support local Thank you again Jay it was a pleasure
Me and hubby visited Plate me Please and were delighted with our first experience. Food was delicious and staff was so warm and welcoming. DJ was on point and the place is clean and comfortable. Check out this wonderful restaurant with the best staff ever ! Thank you !
My first time ordering from this place. All I can say is very very good! I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and ordered a side of fried chicken breast. I also got the fish/ shrimp dinner with Mac and cheeses and yams. The only thing they forgot was my cornbread I ordered . I know if everything else was good like that . I know the cornbread is really good. We definitely will be ordering again.
I caught up to their food truck at an event. I had the seafood feast. Which consisted of 2 pieces of whiting fish, shrimp, and crab balls. First off the service was amazing. I was greeted with smiles and great energy. The owner was very personable and down to earth. When I got my plate the presentation was beautiful! Fish was nice and crisp and golden tasted very good texture was great! Shrimp was plump and flavorful, and oh my goodness the crab balls was AMAAAAZZZZING!! Nice size! Down to the fries and hush puppies all really really good.
They came and had their food trucks set up at my job today. I ordered the shrimp fries and hush puppies. Talk about some amazing flavor in that shrimp. It was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed my lunch. Thank you so much.
We decided to Google black owned Virginia restaurants and found this place ( PLATE ME PLEASE). I'm very picky. Never in my life have I ordered so many things and everything tasted so good. Not to mention The house sauce, homemade tea's (Tiger woods) . The hospitality is home warming and the food is soul comforting to your soul.
